A few literary journals have been kind enough to put my poetry online.

"canadian geese" from Sierra Nevada Review.  I was the featured author in this issue.

"cleaning the fish" from Portland Review.

"creation" from ExpressMilwaukee.com (the online incarnation of Shepherd Express, Milwaukee's alt-weekly newspaper).  Chosen by Susan Firer, Poet Laureate of Milwaukee.

"Kid Icarus" from Cavalier Literary Couture.

"King's Quest" (PDF) from The Southeast Review.  Also comes with a handy discussion guide (PDF) so you can begin talking about the poem with your friends, family, spouse, and sundry loved ones!

"Perfect Dark" from Cream City Review.  I was the featured author in this issue, presenting a selection of my prose poems about videogames, as well as an interview.

"Rad Racer" from Cream City Review, from the same issue.

"sandhill cranes" from The Briar Cliff Review.  Nominated for a Pushcart Prize.

"self-portrait with snow shovel" from Flurry*.

"sudden prayer for the squirrel on the powerline" from Euphony.

"surface tension" from Mid-American Review.  One of my favorites.  Also appears in Mead Lake, This.

Recently, I was mentioned twice(!) in a NewPages review of literary magazines.  The review for Sentence alludes to Drag:  Twenty Short Poems about Smoking, soon to be released as a chapbook by Centennial Press.  As a first hit, you can read poem #11.  The review for The MacGuffin quotes "the weather in paris," so I've put that poem online as well.
